Support Without Judgment

I provide a safe & supportive space without judgment where you can share what’s going on in your mind and your life and be accepted for who you are. You will learn ways to overcome that mom guilt and shame that are holding you back.

Nervous System Regulation

Learn ways to calm your overactive nervous system to help you feel more calm and grounded during your days. We use skills like polyvagal nervous system techniques and brainspotting to help you learn practical ways you can help settle your nervous system inside and outside of session.

Mindset

In our work together you will learn skills transform your mindset to make your mind a happy place to be. You will learn how to use your thoughts to your advantage to help improve anxiety, depression, sleep and more. You are your greatest asset. I want to help you unlock the power of a positive mindset!

Positive Self Worth

You will learn ways to love and value yourself for the wonderful woman that you are. We will rewrite your narrative of what it means to be ‘sensitive’ and a mama and learn how your sensitivity is a strength. You will learn how to stop the old patterns of thinking and learn new ways to take care of yourself where you start to notice all of the good you bring to the world.
