I’m a therapist who LOVES the business side of private practice. I’ve been in private practice almost 3 years and in that time I have grown a full practice with a waitlist during covid, learned the ins and outs of insurance billing and moved states and pursued dual licensure while continuing to bill insurance the entire time.

I’ve spent late nights learning how to make a website, create an email list and host an online blog. I’ve done all the work to figure out what directories I need to be on and how to network locally to get my name out there. I now consistently have a full schedule, often have a waitlist and no longer stress about making enough money in my private practice.

Pricing and FAQ’s

  • Consultation/Mentorship cost is $200/hour. To get the most out of consultation it is encouraged to commit to 3 months of consultation with 1-2 meetings scheduled per month. This would be a total cost of 200-400/month for 3 months. When you book on a monthly basis you also receive support via email in between consultation meetings to help with small questions and things that come up.

  • If your goal is to start a private practice within the next 6 months, this is perfect for you! I can help you get the foundations in place, get your name out there and feel confident in making the leap from agency work to private practice.

  • YES! I am passionate about helping therapists who want to take insurance in their private practice. I know there is so much ‘private pay is best’ out there and while that works for some people, I have found for me and the type of work I want to do with clients insurance is the way to go.

  • YES! Unlike therapy where we need to be licensed in the state we are providing services in, consultation is different. I’m happy to work with therapists in any state or even in other countries. Just reach out and we can talk more!
